NO REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At Tarot Readings by Richard, we value our clients and appreciate the opportunity to provide personalized tarot reading services. Each appointment reserves a dedicated period of time exclusively for the client. To maintain fairness, protect appointment availability, and ensure the efficient operation of our business, the following refund and rescheduling policy applies to all bookings.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.

Tarot Readings by Richard maintains a strict no-refund policy for all appointments, reservations, and services purchased.

By scheduling an appointment and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

No refunds will be issued for canceled appointments, regardless of the reason for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend a scheduled reading.

No refunds will be issued if a client changes their mind or decides not to proceed with a scheduled reading. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the information, interpretations, predictions, or perceived outcome of a tarot reading.

Payments cannot be refunded or converted into cash.

All payments are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. RESCHEDULING POLICY — ONE-TIME COURTESY

Although refunds are not available, Tarot Readings by Richard permits clients to reschedule an appointment one (1) time only, subject to availability.

The following conditions apply:

Each paid appointment is eligible for a maximum of one rescheduling request.

Rescheduling must be requested before the originally scheduled appointment begins.

The new appointment date and time are subject to availability.

Once an appointment has been rescheduled, no additional date or time changes will be permitted.

If a client cancels or fails to attend the rescheduled appointment, the payment will be forfeited.

Rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund, credit, or additional appointment.

A second cancellation or request to reschedule will result in forfeiture of the appointment and all associated payments.

3. CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Clients who cancel their appointments will not receive a refund.

A cancellation does not automatically constitute a request to reschedule. Clients wishing to preserve their appointment payment must request their one permitted rescheduling before the scheduled appointment begins.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior communication will be considered a missed appointment, and the payment will be forfeited.

4. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By booking an appointment, completing a payment, or purchasing a tarot reading through Tarot Readings by Richard, the client acknowledges that they have been provided access to this policy and agree to its terms.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review their selected appointment date and time before completing their reservation.

5. BUSINESS CANCELLATIONS

If Tarot Readings by Richard is unable to provide a scheduled service, we will contact the client to arrange an alternative appointment.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or Hawaii law.
